At The Keynote Shop our focus is the meeting planner.  With the countless details involved in planning that perfect conference, we “get it” that speaker selection is just one piece of the puzzle….yet it’s a very important piece!

​We climb into your business to learn about you, your team, and the culture of your audience.  By understanding your company, we can recommend talent that is sure to be a fit. That’s the edge that makes us unique. We save you time, deliver on budget, and we won’t be satisfied until we’ve found the best possible speaker for your conference—every time.

Through a decade of experience as an awarding winning marketing executive followed by years of non-profit consulting, Gina brings first hand experience in event planning and experiential marketing. Her clients enjoy the fact that she has walked in their shoes and understands their challenges. Since 2012, Gina has worked in the speaking industry as a marketing consultant for professional speakers and as a talent agent.  She has helped hundreds of clients from corporations, educational groups, and trade associations create successful events. Her passion is connecting fabulous clients with world-class talent to create the WOW factor that changes lives.

Arlene Cohn- Event Manager

Arlene is the catalyst for keeping our client’s events running smoothly. Her attention to detail comes from having spent 21 years in IT.  She decided to leave corporate America to run the speaking and training business she owned with her husband. She ran every aspect of that business from accounting to web development and maintenance, to the creation of marketing materials.

​Arlene can do it all! And she is available to apply her expertise to support our clients in the delivery of their content.

 

How We Work

Let's Talk

Our job is to make you a hero by finding just the right speaker for your audience. Call or email us about your event. Tell us about your goals, your specific taste in presenters, and talent that you're people have liked (or disliked) in the past. We'll also spend the time to learn about your organization as a whole.

The Search ​

Based on your feedback, we scour our resources to match your goals with the perfect talent based on availability, best negotiated fee, area of content, and speaker personality. Our list will include video, travel information, and program overviews for each recommendation. Once you've made your selection, we will arrange a pre-contract conference at your direction so that we can be 100% certain that we have a match.

The Selection

We don't stop with speaker research and selection. We handle all contracting and invoicing on our end saving you time to focus on other pertinent details of your meeting. We are with you to the final applause,  making sure all the details for your speaker are met. ​
